I really need Word and Excel on my computer right now. I'm a student and would really rather not pay for a new version of Office, considering I've already purchased it. Dell says I'm out of warranty since 2016 so they can't help. I get the same error message each time, after the Product Key is validated. I have tried multiple times from multiple internet browsers to re-download Office via Microsoft's website (via this link: ). Microsoft 365 plans include premium versions of these applications plus other services that are enabled over the internet, including online storage with OneDrive and Skype minutes for home use. They’re available as a one-time purchase for use on a single PC. When I contacted Microsoft, they explained the reason I can't download the Office 2010 software from their site (and activate it) is because it is OEM and that I must contact Dell. Office 2010 include applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I do not have a Microsoft Office CD to accompany it (I have every other CD that came with the computer however). However, it is an OEM version that came with my computer purchase from Dell. I have a valid Microsoft Office 2010 (Home & Student) Product Identifier card and valid Product Key. Hi, I recently did a factory reset on my Dell desktop computer because of a virus.
